1. Detailed drawings(STEP,CAD,SOLID Works,PROE,DXF and PDF)

2. Material requirement(SUS,SPCC,SECC,SGCC,Copper,ALETC.)

3. Surface treatment (powder coating,sand blasting,planting, polishing oxidization, brushing, etc.)

4. Quantity (per order/per month/annual)

5.Any special demands or requirements,such as packing, labels,delivery, etc.

Q4. What shall we do if we do not have drawings?

A: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy or provide you better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Thickness,Length,Height,Width),CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed order.

A: yes the sample is free, but the shipping cost should be payed by the customer. The sample fee will be refunded to the customer after the next successful transaction

A: Yes, if you are going to make a big order we will give you a special price. For old customers we also give a reasonable discounts

Q9. What about the payment?

A: We accept payment by T/T,L/C,Western union and PayPal,

1. For total amount under USS1000, please pay 100% in advance

2. For total amount above US$1000, please pay 30% in advance,the rest is paid before shipment

If there is quality problem, please provide photos or test report, we will replace defective goods or return funds.
